William Delbert “J.R.” Rowan, Jr., 82, of Elkins, passed away Friday morning, February 19, 2016 at the Davis Medical Center Emergency Department.
Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, February 22, 2016, at the Tomblyn Funeral Home in Elkins.
A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, February 23, at the funeral home chapel with Pastor Terry Cannon officiating. Interment will follow in the Mingo Cemetery. Full military honors will be accorded at the gravesite by members of the West Virginia National Guard Honor Guard Program, H.W. Daniels Post 29 American Legion and Tygart Valley Post 3647 Veterans of Foreign Wars.
