The Division of Highways advises that two routes in the county will be affected by temporary closure to traffic.
- Pocahontas County Route 27/3, also known as Watoga State Park Road, beginning Thursday, March 26, and continuing through Wednesday, April 1, for ditching operations. This closure will occur daily between the hours of 7 a.m. and 5: 30 p.m. from milepost 4.82 to milepost 6.37. Expect major traffic delays during this project. Motorists are advised to use an alternate route.
- Pocahontas County Route 15, also known as Brush Country Road, beginning Thursday, March 26, and continuing through Thursday, April 2, for culvert replacement. This closure will occur daily between the hours of 7 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. from milepost 3.31 to milepost 5.31.
