Stephanie Jean Brockway, 37, of Covington, Virginia, formerly of Marlinton, passed away Friday, April 15, 2022, at Alleghany Regional Hospital in Low Moore, Virginia.
Born March 29, 1985, in Lewisburg, she was a daughter of Charles Lowell and Debbie DePreist Brockway.
Stephanie was a U.S. Army MP Veteran, cashier for Dairy Queen in Marlinton and Covington and worked at Kids’ World at Snowshoe.
Stephanie was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Houston and Hazel Terry DePreist.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her children, Darius Brockway, Ma-kayla Brockway, Mariah Brockway and Kaitlyn Brockway; brother, Charles L. Brockway Jr.; paternal grandparents, Charles and Wanda Woodruff Brockway, of Huntersville.
Funeral service was held Friday, April 22, 2022, at Lantz Funeral Home in Buckeye with military honors.
In keeping with her wishes the body was cremated.
