Shelly Ann Starks, age 49, of Bartow, passed away Friday, March 21, 2014, at her home.
Family will receive friends Monday, March 24, from 6 to 8 p.m. at New Hope Church of the Brethren at Dunmore. Funeral service is Tuesday, March 25, 1 p.m. at the New Hope Church of the Brethren with Pastor David Rittenhouse officiating.
