Robert Allen “Bob” Crist, of Henrico, Virginia, formerly of Arbovale, peacefully passed away Saturday, November 23, 2024, at home after a long, courageous battle with pancreatic cancer. He was surrounded by his loved ones.
Bob was a graduate of Marshall University. He worked for William Byrd Press/Cadmus/Cenvo for many years.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Harold and Betty Ruth Crist.
He is survived by the love of his life of 54 years, Cathy; his children, Matt (Christina), Brad (Jill) and Staci (Mark); seven grandchildren, Sydney (Ian), Cooper, Ryan, Heidi, Nolan, Andrew and Rylee (Mitchell), three great-grandchildren, Milo, Lottie and Sterling, and one on the way; siblings, Michael Crist, Renae Wooddell (Rick), Betty Ann Doyle, Anita Watson and Melinda Wallace (Dillard); and a host of nieces and nephews.
Bob was a devoted husband, father, “BobBob,” brother and friend. He will be greatly missed by so many.
Visitation will be held Sunday, December 8, 2024, from noon to 4 p.m. at Bliley’s Funeral Home, Staples Mill location, 8510 Staples Mill Road, Richmond, VA
Another visitation in Arbovale will be planned in the Spring; details to be provided at a later date.
