Richard Harper “Richie” Fowler, age 62, of Louisa, Virginia, died Saturday, November 8, 2014, at his residence.
Per his wishes, the body will be cremated and his ashes will be spread at his home in Louisa, Virginia, and at his beloved cottage in Seebert. A private service will be held at a later date.
Memorials may be made to the Paralyzed Veterans of America.
