THINGS CONTINUE TO move up on the corner of Main Street and Third Avenue, future home of the proposed Tudor’s Biscuit World. The New York Times recently ran an article comparing and critiquing the various high-end biscuits available in that city. A comment was posted by a reader, who said he had eaten biscuits in New York City and none could compare with the biscuits at Tudor’s in Huntington, West Virginia.
