The Administration Building at Watoga State Park was constructed in 1934 by the Civilian Conservation Corps at Camp Watoga and Camp Seebert using blight-killed chestnut and defective hardwood timber salvaged from the area. Lumber was produced by a mill located on the park. Watoga is West Virginia’s largest state park. (Courtesy of Mark Mengele ID: PHP000361)
