A street scene from the Town of Durbin shows the dirt street and wooden sidewalk in front of the Durbin Post Office around 1910. Peeking through your “looking glass” you will spot the first postmaster, Mr. N. B. Arbogast, standing with crutches in the side doorway. Postmasters following Mr. Arbogast included C. F. Hull, Dr. S. A. Willhide, Harper Hudson, Crawford Gum and Martha Kramer. Courtesy of Pocahontas Co. Historical Society, ID: PHS000773
