RHC now part of PEIA Comprehensive Care partnership
The Pocahontas Memorial Hospital Rural Health Clinic is proud to offer a new option for PEIA insurance holders who receive their primary care through the clinic. This new option is called the Comprehensive Care Partnership.
PEIA members who enroll in the program and choose to receive all their primary care through the Rural Health Clinic will have no co-payments nor coinsurance for services provided at the clinic.
As your primary care provider, the Rural Health Clinic would be responsible for all preventative services, routine sick care and coordination of care with specialists, when needed. PEIA members should have received a letter and enrollment form in July. The enrollment form can be completed and returned to PEIA or you may give it to a staff member at the Rural Health Clinic.
The Rural Health Clinic offers a full range of medical services including care for illness and chronic disease management, well child checks, immunizations, and physical examinations, in addition to women’s and children’s health services.
The clinic is open to anyone and is located inside the hospital, which allows patients easy access to lab and x-ray services.
To make an appointment, please call 304-799-6200. The clinic is open seven days a week during the following hours: Monday through Saturday 8:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday 1 to 5 p.m. Registration for the clinic is at the front desk of the hospital.
Walk-ins are also welcome.
