Norma B. Ruth, 75, entered into God’s eternal care Friday, March 6, 2015, at the Hanover Hall Nursing Center, in Hanover, Pennsylvania.
Born January 16, 1940, at Hillsboro, she was a daughter of Mary L. Scott Brock, of Hanover, Pennsylvania, and the late Roy L. Brock, Sr.
Norma was the loving wife of Roger Ruth, Jr., with whom she shared 55 years of marriage. Norma was a self-employed beautician for 50 years in the Hanover area. She enjoyed walking and gardening, as well as spending time with her family.
Norma was a member of First United Methodist Church in Hanover, Pennsylvania, as well as a former member of the Hanover Cyclers.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband, Bob; two children, Michael R. Ruth, and wife, Denise, of Hanover, Pennsylvania, and Schindle S. Ruth-Sarver, and husband, Wayne, of York, Pennsylvania; two grandchildren, Dillon and Matthew; a sister, Linda Sentz, of Abbottstown, Pennsylvania; and a brother, Roy L. Brock, Jr., of Lake Meade, Pennsylvania.
Following cremation, a memorial service will be held at a later date. Burial will be in Mount Olivet Cemetery in Hanover, Pennsylvania.
