According to Magistrate Court records, the following individuals were either arrested or had activity in their cases.
Jenna Marie Bennett, 24, of Marlinton, appeared in court March 4 on a charge of attempting to defeat a drug or alcohol screening test by the substitution of a false sample. Bond was set at $1,000.
Roy W. Oscar, Jr., 36, of Marlinton, appeared in court March 2 on a charge of domestic battery. Bond was set at $2,000.
James Gary Teter, 61, of Marlinton, appeared in court March 2 on a charge of domestic assault. Bond was set at $2,000.

Samuel Lee Madison, 41, of Joliet, Illinois, pleaded guilty March 3 to a charge of intoxication or drinking in public places. He was assessed $185.25 in court costs and fines.
Timothy Andrew Madison, 35, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty March 4 to a charge of intoxication or drinking in public places. He was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.
