According to Magistrate Court records, the following individuals were either arrested or had activity in their cases.
Gregory Wayne Warf, 52, of Hillsboro, appeared in court April 29 on a charge of driving while license revoked for DUI. Bond was set at $3,000.
Daniel William Madison, 42, of Marlinton, appeared in court May 4 on a charge of domestic battery. Bond was set at $2,500.
Samuel Lee Madison, 40, of Marlinton, appeared in court April 30 on charges of disorderly conduct and public intoxication. Bond was set at $200.

Logan P. Rataiczak, 20, of Buckeye, pleaded guilty April 28 to a charge of failure to stop at an intersection. He was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.
