Michael Clifton Hamrick, 28, of Hillsboro, appeared in court January 28 on a charge of battery. Bond was set at $500.
Danielle Lee Smith, 26, of Marlinton, appeared in court January 28 on a charge of driving while license suspended/revoked. Bond was set at $500.
Lynn D. Jordan, Jr., 27, of Hillsboro, appeared in court January 26 on a charge of manufacturing Schedule I, II and III. Bond was set at $15,000.
Steven Ray Good, 23, of Durbin, appeared in court January 27 on a charge of battery. Bond was set at $500.
In Magistrate Cynthia Broce-Kelley’s court:
Hugh Alfred Sutherland, III, 20, of Radford, Virginia, pleaded guilty January 29 to a charge of possession of a controlled substance. He was placed on six months probation and assessed $165.25 in court costs and fines.
In Magistrate Carrie Wilfong’s court:
Bradley Keith Evans, 53, of Corinth, Mississippi, pleaded guilty January 25 to a charge of vehicles must stop at through highways. He was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.
