Lew Means, 58, of Durbin, appeared in court December 13 on a charge of manufacturing Schedule I and II narcotic. Bond was set at $10,000.
Jesse Glenn Feury, 25, of Marlinton, appeared in court December 12 on charges of five counts deprive another of money, goods, property or service under fraudulent pretenses or promise. Bond was set at $2,500.
Dylan Jacob Lawson, 25, of Durbin, appeared in court December 11 on a charge of domestic battery. Bond was set at $2,500.
Randolph Nicholas Molindor, 63, of Slaty Fork, appeared in court December 12 on a charge of driving under the influence of a controlled substance or drugs, habitual user. Bond was set at $500.
Joshua Scott Olson, 35, of Snowshoe, appeared in court December 12 on a charge of driving under the influence with alcohol concentration in the bloodstream greater than or equal to .15. Bond was set at $1,500.
Carter James Walton, 27, of Hillsboro, appeared in court December 9 on two counts of obstructing an officer. Bond was set at $1,000.

Henry Caleb Dickerson, 59, of Dunmore, pleaded guilty December 9 to a charge of speeding. He was assessed $195.25 in court costs and fines.
Christopher F. Alvaro, 53, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty December 7 to a charge of driving while license is suspended/revoked. He was assessed $365.25 in court costs and fines.
Jeffrey W. Beverage, 47, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty December 4 to a charge of failure to field tag. He was assessed $265.25 in court costs and fines.
