James David Kelner, 49, of Fenwick, appeared in court January 6 on a charge of driving under the influence. Bond was set at $500.
Josiah Samuel Bond, 19, of Elkins, pleaded guilty January 3 to a charge of no seatbelt. He was assessed a $25 fine.
Amanda McLaughlin, 36, of Hillsboro, appeared in court January 7 on a charge of domestic assault. Bond was set at $500.
Katelynn P. Beverage, age unavailable, of Cass, pleaded guilty January 8 to a charge of throwing a lit cigarette onto a public highway. She was assessed $265.25 in court costs and fines.
David Christopher Daniels, 56, of Falls Church, Virginia, appeared in court January 8 on a charge of possession of a controlled substance. He was placed on six months probation and assessed $165.25 in court costs.
Delbert M. Triplett, 24, of Morgantown, pleaded guilty December 31 to a charge of speeding. He was assessed $195.25 in court costs and fines.
