Alfredo F. Gonzlez, Jr., age unavailable, of Erwin, North Carolina, appeared in court October 10 on a charge of driving while license revoked for DUI. Bond was set at $500.
Eric Wayne Kinsley, 42, of Stuart, Virginia, appeared in court October 13 on charges of driving under the influence, domestic assault and domestic battery. Bond was set at $5,000.

Luke M. Gum, 27, of Dunmore, pleaded guilty October 16 to a charge of no proof of insurance. He also pleaded no contest to driving while license suspended/revoked. He was assessed $630.50 in court costs and fines.
Brian Michael Mason, 27, of Hillsboro, pleaded guilty October 8 to a charge of driving while license suspended/revoked. He was assessed $265.25 in court costs and fines.
Franklin Eric Perkins, 45, of Hillsboro, pleaded guilty October 13 to charges of driving while license revoked/suspended and no insurance. He was assessed $480.50 in court costs and fines.
David Andrew Raynes, 74, of White Sulphur Springs, pleaded guilty October 7 to a charge of speeding. He was assessed $185.25 in court costs and fines.
Jane Gilmore Lacoma, 62, of Fayetteville, North Carolina, pleaded no contest October 6 to a charge of left of center in a no passing zone. She was assessed $185.25 in court costs and fines.
Mark K. Lilly, 57, of Cool Ridge, pleaded no contest October 9 to a charge of speeding. He was assessed $190.25 in court costs and fines.
