According to Magistrate Court records, the following individuals were either arrested or had activity in their cases.
Cody Wayne Rexrode, 29, of Mill Creek, appeared in court September 3 on charges of entry of dwelling or outhouse in daytime and receiving or transferring stolen goods. Bond was set at $12,500.
Richard Dale Workman, 46, of Marlinton, appeared in court September 6 on a charge of driving under the influence. Bond was set at $1,000.
In Magistrate Carrie Wilfong’s court:
Shawn Wayne Sharp, 21, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty September 2 to a charge of speeding. He was assessed $175.25 in court costs and fines.
