According to Magistrate Court records, the following individuals were either arrested or had activity in their cases.
Jacob A. Faulk, 18, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty December 4 to two counts of possession of wildlife and two counts unlawful method of hunting. He was assessed $2,261 in fines and court costs.
Nicholas H. Carrington, 19, of White Sulphur Springs, pleaded guilty December 4 to charges of tagging, transporting and reporting bear, bobcat, deer, wild boar and wild turkey, and conspiracy to withhold information. He was assessed $1,480.50 in fines and court costs.
Cheryl Lynn Simpson, age unavailable, of Hillsboro, appeared in court December 4 on a charge of petit larceny. Bond was set at $1,000.
Richard Lee Litteral, 29, of Marlinton, appeared in court December 5 on a charge of breathing, inhaling or drinking certain intoxicating compounds. Bond was set at $500.
