According to Magistrate Court records, the following individuals were either arrested or had activity in their cases.
William Robert Ratliff, Jr., 40, of Lewisburg, was arrested January 13 on a charge of violations of an individual’s civil rights. He was released on $50,000 bond January 14.
Burlin Bedford Alderman, age unavailable, of Marlinton, appeared in court January 19 on a charge of brandishing a deadly weapon. Bond was set at $1,000.
In Magistrate Cynthia Broce-Kelley’s court:
Marcia Ann Hook, 56, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty January 13 to a charge of public intoxication. She was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.
In Magistrate Carrie Wilfong’s court:
Larissa Renee Hill, 22, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty January 15 to a charge of possession of marijuana. She was placed on six months unsupervised probation and assessed $165.25 in court costs and fines.
