According to Magistrate Court records, the following individuals were either arrested or had activity in their cases.
Jeremi L. Kincaid, 21, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty November 25 to charges of no motorcycle license and expired registration. He was assessed $380.50 in court costs and fines.
Seth Thomas Dewitt, 24, of Elkins, appeared in court November 30 on a charge of driving under the influence. Bond was set at $500.
