Phillip Wayne Vannoy, 48, of Cass, appeared in court November 12 on a charge of driving under the influence. Bond was set at $1,000.
Alicia Brock, 34, of Whitesville, pleaded guilty November 12 to a charge of petit larceny. She was assessed $220.25 in court costs and fines.
Jeremy D. Moore, 29, of Marlinton, appeared in court November 14 on a charge of petit larceny. Bond was set at $1,000.
Bobby L. Tincher, 40, of Marlinton, appeared in court November 16 on a charge of domestic battery, second offense. Bond was set at $3,000. Tincher also pleaded guilty to a charge of unlawful methods of hunting. He was assessed $215.25 in court costs and fines.
Travis Blankenship, 37, of Marlinton, pleaded no contest November 17 to charges of unlawful methods of hunting and possession of wildlife. He was assessed $680.50 in court costs and fines.
