Stephen L. Mulligan, 57, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty October 10 to a charge of no insurance. He was assessed $365.25 in court costs and fines.
Justin Thomas Barb, 19, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty October 6 to a charge of possession of alcohol by a minor. He was assessed $265.25 in court costs and fines.
Randall Bibb, 61, of Marlinton, pleaded no contest October 1 to a charge of littering. He was assessed $265.25 in court costs and fines.
Kellea Sue Hollandsworth, 45, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty October 6 to a charge of throwing lighted material from a vehicle. She was assessed $265.25 in court costs and fines.
