According to Magistrate Court records, the following individuals were either arrested or had activity in their cases.
Debra Dawn Jaeger, 50, of Marlinton, appeared in court August 20 on charges of driving under the influence and driving while license revoked for DUI. Bond was set at $1,000.
Nicole Gray Thomas, 21, of Union, appeared in court August 29 on a charge of driving under the influence. Bond was set at $1,000.
Sammy A. Sheets, 47, of Marlinton, appeared in court August 31 on a charge of domestic assault. Bond was set at $500.
