According to Magistrate Court records, the following individuals were either arrested or had activity in their cases.

Birthel Scott Kennedy, 46, of Marlinton, appeared in court July 15 on a charge of domestic violence, third offense. Bond was set at $5,000.

Lee. G. Good, 58, of Durbin, appeared in court July 21 on a charge of receiving/transferring stolen goods. Bond was set at $5,000.

Jack Riley-Nicosia, 18, of Canandaigau, New York, pleaded guilty July 15 to a charge of possession of less than 15 grams of marijuana. He was placed on six months probation and assessed $165.25 in court costs and fines.

Justin Peter Sarkis, 19, of Canandaigua, New York, pleaded guilty July 15 to a charge of possession of less than 15 grams of marijuana. He was placed on six months probation and assessed $165.25 in court costs and fines.

Conor Bruce Stebbens, 18, of Canandaigua, New York, pleaded guilty July 15 to a charge of possession of a controlled substance. He was assessed $165.25 in court costs.

Tammy C. Bair, 39, of Beckley, appeared in court July 16 on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $1,000.

David Lee Barb, 20, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty July 16 to a charge of possession of nonintoxicating beer. He was assessed $215.25 in court costs and fines.

Justin Thomas Barb, 19, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty July 16 to a charge of possession of nonintoxicating beer. He was assessed $215.25 in court costs and fines.

Bill E. Owens, Jr., 55, of Cass, pleaded guilty July 17 to a charge of left of center in a no passing zone. He was assessed $190.25 in court costs and fines.
