Dustin L. Viars, 33, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty June 3 to charges of driving while license is suspended/ revoked and no proof of insurance. He was assessed $630.50 in court costs and fines.
David Allen Moore, 29, of Buckeye, pleaded no contest June 3 to a charge of improper motorboat equipment. He was assessed $205.25 in court costs and fines.
Brian C. Dean, 21, of Hillsboro, pleaded guilty June 3 to charges of unsafe and improperly equipped vehicles, and obstructing an officer. He was assessed $505.50 in court costs and fines.
Jose Marlon Flores Pelaex, 21, of North Chesterfield, Virginia, pleaded guilty June 6 to a charge of no operators. He was assessed $190.25 in court costs and fines.
