According to Magistrate Court records, the following individuals had activity in their cases:
In Magistrate Cynthia Broce-Kelley’s court:

Charles L. Bales, 36, of Knoxville, Tennessee, pleaded guilty July 28 to a charge of entering a thru highway. Bales was assessed $201.48 in court costs and fines.

Logan Fedak, 21, of Bartow, pleaded no contest July 8 to a charge of speeding. Fedak was assessed $201.48 in court costs and fines.

William Edward Henderson, 52, of Hillsboro, pleaded no contest July 7 to a charge of prohibitions, openly dumping. Henderson was assessed $431.48 in court costs and fines.

Robert A. Jordan, 22, of Marlinton, pleaded no contest July 25 to a charge of unsafe and improperly equipped vehicle. Jordan was assessed $201.48 in court costs and fines.

Christina J. Rhodes, 45, of Anderson, South Carolina, pleaded guilty July 22 to a charge of possession of controlled substance without valid prescription. Rhodes was assessed $281.48 in court costs and fines.

Teressa Nicole Schoolcraft, 40, of Buckeye, pleaded no contest July 11 to a charge of possession of controlled substance without valid prescription. Schoolcraft was assessed $281.48 in court costs and fines.

Brady A. Underwood, 19, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty July 11 to a charge of speeding. Underwood was assessed $201.48 in court costs and fines.

Austin Corey Arbogast, 31, of Valley Head, pleaded no contest July 8 to a charge of operation without certificate of inspection or failure to produce certificate. Arbogast was assessed $201.48 in court costs and fines.

Steven D. Burns, 46, of Tornado, pleaded guilty July 11 to a charge of operation without certificate of inspection or failure to produce certificate. Burns was assessed $206.01 in court costs and fines.

Leanne Mauree Holbert, 44, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty July 11 to charges of failure to maintain motor vehicle insurance and operation of vehicle without evidence of registration. Holbert was assessed $582.96 in court costs and fines.

Jaydon Charles Howell, 19, of Pine Grove, pleaded guilty July 11 to a charge of seat belt violation. Howell was assessed a $25 fine.

Kristopher Dale Nutter, 46, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty July 14 to a charge of possession of controlled substance without valid prescription. Nutter was assessed $281.48 in court costs and fines.

Kevin Wayne Phillips, 53, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty July 14 to charges of violation of protective order and fleeing from a law enforcement officer to evade arrest by means other than a vehicle. Phillips was sentenced to 180 days suspended jail, placed on one-year unsupervised probation and assessed $632.96 in court costs and fines.

In Magistrate Jennifer Dunz’s court:

Cameron M. Harrison, 20, of Dunmore, pleaded guilty August 1 to a charge of speeding. Harrison was assessed $201.48 in court costs and fines.

Jerry D. Wallace, 78, of Marlinton, pleaded no contest July 21 to a charge of operation without certificate of inspection or failure to produce certificate. Wallace was assessed $186.48 in court costs and fines.
