Brian Joseph Adams, 55, of Charlottesville, Virginia, appeared in court May 19 on a charge of attempted kidnapping. Bond was set at $100,000.
Phillip Cameron Dean, Jr., 41, of Marlinton, appeared in court May 6 on a charge of domestic battery. Bond was set at $500.
Henry L. Lawson, 49, of Bartow, pleaded guilty May 8 to a charge of no seat belt. He was assessed a $25 fine.
Gilbert D. DeHaven, 61, of Bartow, pleaded guilty May 8 to a charge of no seat belt. He was assessed a $25 fine.
Boyd Bradley Lovins, age unavailable, of Oceana, appeared in court May 18 to charges of reckless driving, driving without required security, unsigned registration, left of center and unattended motor vehicle. Bond was set at $1,500.
