Joshua Devore Kincaid, 38, of Marlinton, entered a guilty plea agreement April 26 to charges of failure to maintain motor vehicle insurance, operation of vehicle without evidence of registration and driving while license suspended or revoked. Kincaid was sentenced six months suspended jail, six months unsupervised probation and assessed $714.44 in court costs and fines.
Proceedings were deferred April 29 in the case of Genevieve R. Madison, 52, of Marlinton, violation of protective order – restraining order. Madison was sentenced to 10 hours of community service and assessed $191.48 in court costs and fines.
