Rebecca L. Friend, 64, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty November 20 to a charge of driving under the influence, impaired state and less than .15 BAC. Friend was assessed $356.48 in court costs and fines.
Kandice Wolfe, 44, of Durbin, pleaded guilty November 3 to charges of operation of vehicle without evidence of registration and no insurance. Wolfe was assessed $582.96 in court costs and fines.

Ross George Benedict, 37, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty November 13 to a charge of speeding. Benedict was assessed $201.48 in court costs and fines.
William A. Duncan, 40, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty November 8 to a charge of driving while license suspended or revoked for DUI. Duncan was sentenced to six months suspended jail, six months unsupervised probation and six months with Day Report. Duncan was assessed $1,181.48 in court costs and fines.
Jesse Glenn Feury, 32, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty November 21 to charges of failure to attach a field tag to wildlife, hunting or fishing without a license, knowingly or intentionally possessing a controlled substance without a valid prescription, expired registration, no proof of insurance, driving while license suspended or revoked and defective equipment. Feury was assessed $1,880.36 in court costs and fines.
Jerry W. Haynes, 46, of Dandridge, Tennessee, pleaded no contest November 29 to a charge of taking doe on National Forest without prior selection. Haynes was assessed $201.48 in court costs and fines.
