According to Magistrate Court records, the following individuals were either arrested or had activity in their cases.

Kevin Scott Lambert, 18, of Durbin, pleaded guilty May 2 to a charge of shooting across a road or near a building. He was assessed $185.25 in court costs and fines.

Timothy Martin Tingler, Jr., 27, of Circleville, pleaded guilty April 30 to a charge of improper tagging of a turkey. He was assessed $215.25 in court costs and fines.

Luca Jovy Byrd, 22, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty April 30 to charges of suspended license, no proof of insurance and driving without vehicle registration. He was assessed $555.50 in court costs and fines.

James D. Mayle, 44, of Zanesville, Ohio, appeared in court May 3 on a charge of driving with license revoked for DUI. Bond was set at $500.

David Wayne Cassell, II, 26, of Cass, appeared in court April 29 on charges of two counts entry of building other than a dwelling. Bond was set at $10,000.
