According to Magistrate Court records, the following individuals were either arrested or had activity in their cases.

Christopher Bartley, 28, of Marlinton, appeared in court April 15 on a charge of intimidation or harassment of a witness. Bond was set at $5,000.

Ebimaol Rodriguez Perez, 21, of Durbin, appeared in court April 16 on a charge of malicious or unlawful assault. Bond was set at $1,000.

Jeremiah S. Berkstresser, 28, of Marlinton, appeared in court April 17 on a charge of domestic battery. Bond was set at $2,500.

Timothy W. Dean, Jr., 20, of Hillsboro, appeared in court April 21 on a charge of domestic battery. Bond was set at $2,500.

Timothy Shane Self, 28, of Durbin, appeared in court April 21 on charges of obstructing an officer, no proof of insurance, operating a vehicle with registration, driving while license suspended/revoked, operate a vehicle with inspection. Bond was set at $500.
