Troy B. Brogan, 28, of Roanoke, Virginia, pleaded guilty June 12 to a charge of non-resident trout fishing without a license. He was assessed $195.25 in court costs and fines.
Christopher Ryan Dial, 41, of Greensboro, North Carolina, pleaded guilty June 29 to a charge of driving too fast for roadway conditions. He was assessed $185.25 in court costs and fines.
Ashley Feury, 29, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty May 30 to a charge of child neglect by parent, guardian or custodian creating risk of bodily injury. She was sentenced to six months suspended jail, six months unsupervised probation and assessed $165.25 in court costs and fines.

Brandon David Cain, 31, of Roanoke, Virginia, pleaded guilty June 15 to a charge of non-resident fishing without a license. He was assessed $185.25 in court costs and fines.
Ward Brent Colvin, 60, of Fairmont, pleaded guilty May 26 to a charge of exceeding creek limit or other trout fishing violations. He was assessed $215.25 in court costs and fines.
Kristy Lynn Dean, 35, of Fairmont, pleaded guilty June 30 to a charge of failure to use safety belts. She was assessed a $25 fine.
Richard A. George, 57, of Harts, pleaded guilty June 5 to a charge of exceeding creek limit or other trout fishing violation. He was assessed $215.25 in court costs and fines.
