Birthel Scott Kennedy, 46, of Marlinton, appeared in court February 26 on a charge of making false statements to an officer. Bond was set at $500.
Ethan K. Porter, 18, of Marriottsville, Maryland, pleaded guilty February 26 to a charge of underage consumption. He was assessed $215.25 in court costs and fines.
David Andrew Aquino, 29, of Baltimore, Maryland, pleaded guilty February 25 to a charge of possession of marijuana, less than 15 grams. He was assessed $165.25 in court costs and fines.
Zachary Michael Ditmars, 32, of Annapolis, Maryland, appeared in court March 1 on a charge of driving under the influence. Bond was set at $1,000.
