Laura Luynne Dent, 60, of Durbin, pleaded guilty March 23 to a charge of unlawful acts of licensees – beer sales under 21. She was assessed $215.25 in court costs and fines.
David Norris Lipscomb, 56, of Gray, Tennessee, pleaded no contest April 4 to a charge of exceeding pole/line limit. He was assessed $185.25 in court costs and fines.
In Magistrate Carrie Wilfong’s court:
Zachary A. Ellison, 18, of Lookout, pleaded guilty April 5 to a charge of speeding. He was assessed $190.25 in court costs and fines.
Lewis Price Fisher, 74, of Frankford, pleaded guilty March 29 to a charge of motorboat required equipment – insufficient personal flotation devices. He was assessed $265.25 in court costs and fines.
