George Harmon, 24, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty December 9 to a charge of petit larceny. He was sentenced to six months suspended jail, placed on six months unsupervised probation and assessed $255.25 in court costs and fines.
Kimberly P. Harmon, 25, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty December 9 to a charge of petit larceny. She was sentenced to six months suspended jail, placed on six months unsupervised probation and assessed $255.25 in court costs and fines.
Royle Steerling Sovine, 23, of Durbin, pleaded guilty December 9 to charges of reckless driving and faulty tail lamps. He was assessed $400.50 in court costs and fines.
Joshua Zeboskey, 20, of Maben, pleaded guilty December 5 to a charge of speeding. He was assessed $190.25 in court costs and fines.
Twelve counts of forging, uttering or attempting to employ as true, a forged writing to the prejudice of another and three counts of fraud and related activity in connection with access devices against Genevieve Burgess, 45, of Marlinton, were transferred to circuit court November 29.
A charge of knowingly or intentionally possessing a controlled substance without a valid prescription against Kimberly Cassell, 26, of Arbovale, was dismissed without prejudice December 9.
A charge of driving while license revoked for DUI against Jerry Wayne Curry, 56, of Marlinton, was transferred to circuit court December 8.
A charge of manufacturing/delivering/possessing with intent to manufacture/deliver Schedule I, II, III or other, against Lynn D. Jordan, Jr., 28, of Marlinton, was transferred to circuit court December 8.
