A charge of manufacturing/delivering/possessing with intent to manufacture /deliver Schedule I, II, III controlled substance against Annette Irvine, 45, of Hillsboro, was transferred to circuit court September 20.
In Magistrate Carrie Wilfong’s court:
Kevin Wayne Phillips, Jr., 20, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty September 19 to charges of driving under the influence with an alcohol concentration in blood greater than or equal to .02 but less than .08 and driving a motorcycle without a license. He was assessed $530.50 in court costs and fines.
A charge of domestic assault against James Gary Teter, 62, of Marlinton, was dismissed September 19. Teter complied with the terms of a pre-trial monitoring agreement. He was assessed $165.25 in court costs.
A charge of manufacturing/delivering/possessing with intent to manufacture/ deliver Schedule I, II, III controlled substance against Ethel E. Payne, 42, of Marlinton, was transferred to circuit court September 20.
