Charles Nathaniel Irvine, 42, of Marlinton, appeared in court July 1 on a charge of driving while license revoked for DUI. Bond was set at $5,000.
Danny R. Baldwin, 55, of Marlinton, appeared in court July 1 on charges of fleeing from officer in vehicle, obstructing an officer, possession of a controlled sub- stance and permitting unauthorized person to drive. Bond was set at $3,000.
Gregory Matthew Jones, 48, of Milton, appeared in court July 3 on a charge of driving under the influence with an alcohol concentration in blood less than .15. Bond was set at $500.
James E. Shepherd, 31, of Marlinton, appeared in court June 29 on charges of operation of vehicle without certificate of inspection or failure to produce certificate and failure to give notice of change of address or name. Bond was set at $600.
