Sharon Black, age unavailable, of Marlinton, appeared in court May 18 on a charge of procuring gas, water or electricity by device with intent to defraud. Bond was set at $1,000.
Jorge Banton Pantojas, age unavailable, of Bartow, appeared in court May 17 on charges of brandishing deadly weapons, burglary in the nighttime and conspiracy. Bond was set at $22,000.
Jamie Lee Hubbert, 32, of Dunmore, appeared in court May 20 on a charge of driving while license is suspended/revoked. Bond was set at $500.
In Magistrate Cynthia Broce-Kelley’s court:
Clayton Joseph Westbrook, 28, of Greenville, South Carolina, pleaded guilty May 23 to a charge of reckless driving. He was assessed $665.25 in court costs.
Clay Alan Baxter, 28, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty May 20 to a charge of intoxication or drinking in public places. He was assessed $170.25 in court costs.
In Magistrate Carrie Wilfong’s court:
Roger Warren Teter, Jr., 42, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty May 27 to a charge of driving while license suspended/revoked. He was assessed $265.25 in court costs.
Lisa Marie Lloyd, 36, of Mill Creek, pleaded guilty May 17 to charges of shoplifting less than $500 and possession of a controlled substance. She was assessed $430.50 in court costs and ordered to pay $50 restitution to the Dollar General in Green Bank.
