Any interested person objecting to the qualifications of the personal representative or the venue or jurisdiction of the court, shall file written notice of an objection with the County Commission within 60 days after the date of the first publication or within 30 days of the service of the notice, whichever is later.

PUBLIC NOTICE
CONSTRUCTION OF TELECOMMUNICATIONS TOWER
Pocahontas County Homeland Security and Emergency Services is providing notice of its intent to construct and operate a tower pursuant to Federal Communication Commission’s Programmatic Agreement for telecommunication towers.
The tower called Thomastown 911 Replacement will be at 1920 Thomastown Road, Marlinton, WV (38-13-40.42 N and 80-04-40.16 W). The self-support tower will be 180 feet in height; replacing a 160-ft. guyed tower.
