Any person seeking to impeach or establish a will must make a complaint in accordance with the provisions of West Virginia Code 41-5-11 through 13. Notice is hereby given that the undersigned, MICHAEL C. DOSS, Trustee, by virtue of that certain Deed of Trust executed by New AA & R, LLC dba Lucy’s Grocery, for the benefit of John D. Moore, said Deed of Trust bearing date the 3rd day of August, 2022, and of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Pocahontas County, West Virginia, in Trust Deed Book 409, at page 573, the makers, having defaulted in payment of the note secured by said Deed of Trust as provided by the terms thereof, and the beneficial holder of the said note, John D. TOWN OF DURBIN
ORDINANCE TO INCREASE RESALE SEWER RATE
Ordinance Number 4:24
This ordinance is to set, adopt and promulgate rates, rules and regulations for furnishing sewerage and sewer disposal services for the Durbin Sewer System and to raise the rates and charges for resale customers.
The Town of Durbin Council does hereby set, adopt and promulgate the hereinafter set forth rates, rules and regulations for furnishing sewerage and sewer disposal services for the Durbin Sewer System through the amending of the Public Service Commission of West Virginia’s Tariff No. 7, to become effective for resale service rendered on or after forty-five (45) days from passage.
The Town of Durbin Council does further adopt a two-step change of rates and charges for the resale customers as follows:
Step 1: An increase of One Dollar and Thirty-Five Cents ($1.35) or Forty-Five (45) percent increase based on resale class at 1,000 gallons as set forth and to be published under Public Service Commission of West Virginia Tariff Form Number 12, to become effective for services rendered on or after Forty-Five (45) days from passage of this ordinance.
Step 2: An additional increase of 15% every TWO YEARS for a period of SIX YEARS for the resale rate class at 1,000 gallons to become effective for future services rendered as set forth in Public Service Commission of West Virginia Tariff Form 12 to become effective on or after Forty-Five (45) days from the passage of the ordinance.
