JoAnn Rogers Fromhart, 91, of Dunmore, peacefully passed away Friday, January 12, 2024, in Charleston, surrounded by her family.
The family will receive friends Saturday, April 6, from 1 p.m. until the memorial service at 2 p.m. at Wallace and Wallace Funeral Home in Arbovale with Pastor Amy Paul officiating.
