James Michael “Mike” Shaw, age 66, of Morgantown, passed away Tuesday, February 9, 2016.
Born March 16, 1949, in Marlinton, he was a son of the late Ernest Keith Shaw, Sr., and Corabel Shaw.
Mike always kept Pocahontas County is his heart. He was the proud father of four and grandfather of two.
He is survived by his daughters, Ashley Shaw Carothers, of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Jordan Shaw Chittal, of Hamilton, Virginia; sons, Clayton Shaw, of Charlottesville, Virginia, and Jared Shaw, of Purcellville, Virginia; two brothers, Ernest Shaw, Jr., and Larry David Shaw, both of Mar-linton; a sister, Judy Shaw Dean, of Marlinton; and two grandchildren, Bennett Carothers and Ava Carothers, both of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
