Iva Jane Roberts Williams, age 76, of Droop, died Wednesdays, July 13, 2016, at Carilion Memorial Hospital in Roanoke, Virginia.
Born April 29, 1940, at Stamping Creek, she was a daughter of the late Roy and Euva Grey Brown Roberts.
Iva was a home health aide and was a member of the Mt. Kennison Church of God.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Alfred Lee Williams; a son, Kenneth Williams; a brother, Denver Roberts; and a sister, Olive Roberts.
She is survived by her daughters, Bonnie McLaughlin, of Droop, and Kathy Williams and Ronda Wilson, both of White Sulphur Springs; sons, Samuel Joe Williams, of Droop, and Randell Williams, of White Sulphur Springs; sisters, Pauline Cales, of Rupert, Lena Keaveny, of Lewisburg, and Brenda Dean, of Marlinton; brothers, Harvey Wayne Roberts, of Droop, and Arnold Roberts, of Bluefield; nine grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren.
Funeral service was July 16 at VanReenen Funeral Home with Pastor David McCall officiating. Interment was in Morningside Cemetery in Renick.
