Helen House Fleming, 78, of Lewisburg, passed away Monday, December 28, 2020, at Raleigh General Hospital.
Born January 9, 1942, in Clarksburg, she was a daughter of the late Darrell Fling House and Ruth Lawlis House.
Helen was a retired Income Tax Preparer and a member of the Clifton Presbyterian Church in Maxwelton. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She enjoyed cooking, sewing, gardening and spending time with her family.
She is survived by her loving husband of 61 years, James J. Fleming, of Lewisburg; daughter, Suzanne Fleming Meadows, and husband, James P. Meadows, of Lewisburg; grandchildren, Katie Meadows Moore, and husband, Tanner, of Cam-eron, North Carolina; Emily Meadows Rodavich, and husband, Brian, of Washington, Pennsylvania, and Ethan Michael Meadows, and fiancée, Michaela Foster, of Morgantown; great-grandchildren, Ainsley Moore, Axel Moore, Harper Rodavich and Rhett Rodavich; sisters-in-law, Jean Fleming Tucker (husband Tommy), of Birmingham, Alabama, and Marcia Fleming Kendrick (husband Richard), of Webster, New York.
There will be no service at this time. There will be a celebration of life at a later date.
