Harley “Bub” Bayless, 88, of Richwood, passed away at his home Sunday, February 18, 2024.
Born January 19, 1936, he was a son of the late Harley and Pauline Gaynor Bayless.
Bub was a U.S. Veteran of the Korean Conflict and a sawyer.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Marlene Seldomridge Bayless (2015); son, Eddie Bayless; sister, Peggy O’Dell; and brother, Arden Bayless
He is survived by two daughters, Rhonda Hinkle, and husband, Gary, of Richwood, and Lynn Scruggs, and husband, Mike, of Orville, Ohio; stepdaughter, Denise Chestnut, and husband, Mike, of Cass; stepsons, Danny Seldomridge, and wife, Barbara, of Green Bank, and Darren Seldomridge, and wife, Mary, of Cass; brother, Allen Bayless, of Craigsville; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Graveside service will be held Saturday, March 2, 2024, 2 p.m. at Wanless Cemetery in Cass with Pastor Dale Bayless officiating.
