Gary A. Nelson, age 64, of Canton, Ohio, passed away Friday, October 9, 2015.
Born March 26, 1951, in Marlinton, he was a son of the late John and Bonnie Sheets Nelson.
Gary was a 1969 graduate of Hillsboro High School. Friends will remember Gary when they fish and hunt.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandparents, Water and Dewey Nelson and Willie and Mammie Sheets.
He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Jean Nelson; a brother, Terry Nelson, and wife, Debbie, of Waynesburg, Ohio; and an aunt, Ruby Sheets Hill, of Green Bank.
Per his wishes the body was cremated and there was no service.
