Frontier Communications experiencing a circuitry problem with the 799 and 653 telephone exchanges. You may be able to dial and receive calls within your exchanges but unable to place a call outside your telephone exchanges.
Frontier Communication is currently working to resolve this problem but unknown at this time when the problem has been repaired.
Do not dial 9-1-1 unless you have an actual emergency.
