David Clark Workman, 55, of Hillsboro, husband of Belinda Cook Workman, passed away Friday, January 10, 2025, at Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital in Roanoke, Virginia.
Born March 14, 1969, in Ronceverte, he was a son of the late Elra and Betty White Workman.
David worked for the Greenbrier County School system for nearly 30 years and also had his own construction business, D&B Services, for almost 20 years.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by stepdaughters, Sheila Sharp, and husband, Jason, of Marlinton, and Salania Evans, of Wilmington, North Carolina; granddaughter, Michaela Everette, of Morgantown; brother, Jimmy Workman, and wife, Martha, and Charles Workman, and companion, Laura, all of Renick; sister, Rose Workman Jackson, of Alderson; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, January 19, 2025, at Lantz Funeral Home in Buckeye, with Pastor Vince Deeds officiating.
Burial will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery in Hillsboro.
The family will receive friends from noon until time of service.
