Bond was revoked in the case the State vs William Ball, Jr., 43, of Logan. He waived his right to an evidentiary hearing and was remanded to custody in the Southern Regional Jail.
Evan M. Hamrick, 20, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty to DUI, battery and DUI causing serious bodily injury. The court accepted the plea but deferred adjudication. The defendant is to immediately enter the Southeastern Drug Court Program. He was placed on two years’ probation with the condition he completes drug court.
